About Michelle

After spending my life travelling the world I eventually made my way to Uganda to track the Gorilla. Little did I know that I would discover parks filled with wildlife that would capture my heart. Leaving after that first trip left me longing to return so I did a couple of months later only to fall in love with Uganda even more. I have travel many parts of Africa but Uganda is different. It is quieter and definitely less commercial. Each trip is filled with firsts and my need to return never diminishing.

I developed a new love for photography. I don’t think of myself as a photographer just someone who loves to take pictures and being on safari my days are filled with picture worthy moments. My love for photography led to a career as an artist with my safaris offering a never ending source of reference.

What started as a way to share my travel costs has turned into regular safaris. First it was with friends inspired by my photographs now word of mouth is introducing me to travellers wanting to have the trip of a lifetime. On my safaris you will visit my favourite places jam packed with experiences. Each day showcases Uganda at its best with my aim for everyone to fall in love just as I have.

You can join me on my listed safaris or if you have a group and dates that work for you I can easily put an itinerary together for you. Special interests safaris can be arranged. If you have a birdwatching group then I know Uganda would be heaven and you would cross off many on your list. I have arrange a safari for Artists as a retreat staying in one park to make the most of the painting time.
